Return & Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. You must notify us of any issues or concerns within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Returns will only be accepted for products that has been damaged during delivery and in their original packaging.
3. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
4. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.
5. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for any returns or exchanges.
6. We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
